Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox will inspect and professionally clean your jewelry at anytime at no charge to our customer. It is the customer's responsibility to keep this sheet and have inspections documented every six months.

To assist you in insuring your Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox jewelry, a complete appraisal will be furnished at no charge to our customer. This appraisal is a further guarantee of value received and it will be recognized and accepted by insuring agents as a certified statement of your jewelry.

•LENNON'S • W.B. WILCOX TRADE-IN GUARANTEE•
If you are ready to trade in your Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox diamond (excluding lab created diamonds), you will receive 100% credit of the original diamond purchase price off the retail of a new diamond (excluding lab created diamonds) at least twice the original price. Original mounting is not included in this trade-in guarantee.

•LIFETIME DIAMOND GUARANTEE•
Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox Lifetime Guarantee covers the replacement of your diamonds lost out of its setting provided Lennon's inspects and services it and its mounting every six months. Repairs to the mounting must be taken care of as needed or as recommended by Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox. We recommend you insure all jewelry. Precious metals are soft; normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the wearer. Severe impact may chip a diamond and is the wearer's responsibility. If the customer does not follow Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox's advice of needed repair and gold work, the warranty will be voided.

•UNCONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE•
If for any reason you should change your mind about a purchase from Lennon's • W.B. Wilcox, just return undamaged and unaltered item with the original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase for a prompt refund.

If it is undeterminable as to the cause of the problem we will reduce the cost of restoration by 50%, thereby sharing the cost equally with the owner of the item.
